Responsibilities:

• Shaping the company's culture, provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
• Overseeing and compensations & benefits and Training & developmentof human resource functions.
• Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
• Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.

Requirements:

• Min Degee / Master in HRM or Administration.
• Min 5-8 years of relevant Exp
• Preferably with compensation and benefits exp.
• Well verse in Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Able to work independently and as a team
