Overview

We are seeking a passionate and certified Muay Thai Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Muay Thai instruction, a strong understanding of martial arts principles, and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for beginners to advanced students, focusing on techniques, conditioning, and sparring.
• Conduct group classes and one-on-one training sessions, ensuring safety and promoting skill development.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help students achieve their fitness and martial arts goals.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages personal growth and community.
• Organize and lead seminars, workshops, and special events to enhance students' knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Muay Thai and might assist with marketing initiatives to promote classes.
• Ensure all training equipment is maintained and in good condition.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in Muay Thai or equivalent martial arts training.
• Proven experience as a Muay Thai trainer or instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages and skill levels.
• Knowledge of fitness and conditioning principles.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

5 days a week, including evenings and weekends as required.
