Operations
  • Manage procurement of goods and follow up closely on stock ETA.
  • Complaints management and technical deployment
  • Data entry, system update and filing
  • Stand in (all day) when other Operation Assistant is absent
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the superior.


Admin
  • Assist to negotiate the maintenance contracts and manage vendors.
  • Compute commission.
  • Manage Vehicle/COE Renewal and new vehicle purchase.
  • Assist to manage coin room and tally collections.
  • Stand-in the coin room on days where cashiers fall short.
  • Conduct coin or notes exchange for customers.
  • Extract data for staff time access.
  • Answer calls and intercom and stand-in in absence of customer service.
  • Collect mails daily, postage when required and filing for admin/ops admin.
  • Collect parcels from couriers and distribute to relevant parties.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least a Diploma.
  • Administrative experience a plus.
  • Meticulous and precise.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Work Location: Kaki Bukit View
