Ruifeng Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. is a fund management firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We operate on an external asset management business model servicing accredited investors and institutional investors.

Outline of the Position:

• Maintain and improve the firm's compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Review and enhance the firm's policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the firm's enterprise risk management framework and processes.
• Develop compliance policies and processes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Perform risk assessment, evaluate and develop mitigating action plans.
• Conduct AML/CFT assessments, maintain and enhance the AML/CFT policy.
• Provide compliance training and strengthen risk awareness amongst staff.
• Liaise with regulators, professional and third-party service providers.
• Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Law or related disciplines.
• Singapore citizens preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates).
