Looking for an experienced baker who's able to manage indepently the kitchen operation. Has a passion to train and mentor those who will be under him/her.

Requirements

• With working experience at bakery shop in Singapore.
• Passionate in baking with creative ideas and be proactive as a team player.
• Ensure smooth operation & food served are of consistent quality at all times

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries
• Create & add new products.
• Minimize wastage & spoilage of ingredients and food items
• Compliance of all food safety standards
• Maintain clean & safe environment in all time
