• Permanent position, Salary up to $350,000 per annum

You'll take a consultative approach to align our industry-leading Financial Crime, Risk, and Compliance solutions with clients' strategic needs, while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize value across the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts or territories.
• Own and lead the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and performance KPIs.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities through proactive outreach and market engagement.
• Build deep relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and heads of compliance, risk, and IT.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product's value proposition and tailor solutions to address client pain points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consultative engagement and long-term relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles.
• Deep understanding of Financial Crime, Risk, and Compliance domains-especially in anti-fraud, AML, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
