We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our institution. This role requires strong financial acumen, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage budgeting, reporting, and daily accounting functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow, to top management.
• Prepare and review monthly accounts, including Deferred Revenue calculations.
• Manage the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and submit monthly reports to the insurer.

Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

• Develop and monitor the institution's budget, ensuring sound financial planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare cash flow projections and ensure efficient financial management.

Accounting & Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and review regular bank reconciliations.

Regulatory Compliance & Liaison

• Ensure timely filing of statutory documents by coordinating with auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents.
• Manage GST filings and submissions for government grants.
