The successful candidate shall assist the Architect with the following work :

• Review project design brief for architectural design work.
• Liaison and coordination work with Client / Consultants.
• Take minutes of meetings to record the points of discussion(s).
• Prepare architectural schematic design presentation proposal, authority submission plans, tender, construction and as-built drawings.
• Assist the Architect with contract administration matters (payment, variations and time extension) during construction.
• Snag and list defects upon building completion for rectification.
