Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of accurate, complete, and timely reporting in accordance with APAC regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Monitor daily reporting exceptions and collaborate with stakeholders across Middle Office, Business, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to resolve gaps

• Ensure strong governance of regulatory reporting obligations, providing transparency to key stakeholders and escalating issues when necessary

• Investigate exceptions, conduct data quality checks, analyze large datasets to identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions

• Address inquiries from external regulators and internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit

• Collaborate with global teams to execute a unified book of work focused on regulatory enhancements, control improvements, and efficiency initiatives

• Drive regulatory project delivery using structured project management tools such as BRDs, issue trackers, status reports, and test plans

• Communicate project progress clearly and effectively, tailoring updates to the needs of different audiences

• Participate in APAC industry forums and liaise with counterparties, vendors, and regulators as required

• Maintain adherence to internal risk and control frameworks and regulatory reporting policies through well-defined procedures and controls

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 7 year of relevant banking experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
