About the Role

The Work Project (TWP) is looking for a Relationship Manager who will be part of a sales team responsible for revenue maximisation, achieve company set sales target while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of members satisfaction.

This full-time position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head Of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively build relationship with brokers, partners for business opportunity
• Complete the sales process from lead generation to negotiations and closing the deal
• Actively solicit for accounts to generate direct opportunity
• Ensure members' satisfaction and continue to stay and grow at TWP
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent member experiences

About you

The personality of a person is much more important to TWP than what professional experience they possess. "Skills can be taught but attitude is forever". We pride ourselves to have a team with different backgrounds and skills but who share our common empathetic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial values. The ideal candidate should be:

• Minimum 3 years' of experience in Real Estate Leasing with experience in co working preferred
• Sales driven with excellent track record
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or Real Estate
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Basic experience in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work in an agile and fast pace environment
• A team player
