Adecco is partnering with a Global Solution Provider in Heavy Vehicle & Automotive to look for Aftermarket Sales Manager is to promote parts sales and pricing strategy within APAC.

The Job:
  • Lead the development of the automotive parts business across regions, setting annual sales targets in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
  • Support dealers in target setting and network expansion, while promoting cross-regional best practices to strengthen aftersales operations.
  • Oversee new product launches and importer setups by managing initial parts stocking, pricing system configuration, training, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Develop and implement competitive regional pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Ensure consistent parts availability across all regions to support customer uptime and operational continuity.

The Talent:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
  • 5 - 7 years Aftersales expereince within Heavy Vehicle/Machinery/Automotive/Equipment within APAC
