Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company sales targets, develop strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage sales budgets, set sales targets, and monitor team performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales, Business Development or similar role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and adapt strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willing to travel overseas for client meeting when required.
