Reporting to 5G Lead in the Enterprise Services team, this dynamic role shall be responsible for leading all presales and solutioning activities for enterprise 5G opportunities and proposing innovative solutions that capitalise on the characteristics of 5G. He/she shall work closely with the Engineering team to ensure that a winning preposition is provided to satisfy the customer's requirements. The successful candidate shall have experience working in a telco environment performing presales and solutioning activities for enterprise cellular solutions having in depth understanding of 4G/5G cellular technologies and how it can be applied to business solutions. The individual shall also be innovative and a fast learner to ensure that he/she stays abreast with the latest in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for presales and solutioning activities for enterprise 5G solutions including leading discussion with customers to understand requirements, develop solutions that address their needs and formulate winning strategies when responding to tenders.
• Responsible for preparation of responses to tenders as part of a bid team comprising of Sales, Commercial, Project Management and Engineering.
• Work with partners to develop solutions for enterprise 5G solutions that can be brought to market.
• Work alongside Sales team to participate in demand generation activities such as conducting customer workshops, providing advice to address customer.
• Perform enablement to sales and other members of team to familiarise them with enterprise 5G solutions.
• Function as the subject matter expert for enterprise 5G solutions

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Exposure in 4G, 5G, Core, Radio technologies and up to date with latest technologies
• More than 10 years of experience in an MNO engineering or technical presales/solutioning role or equipment vendor environment in a presales or solution consultancy capacity for cellular technologies
• Experience working with partners and evangelizing new technologies to customers.
• Experience working in 5G enterprise space (Government Agencies and large MNCs).
• Experience working with M2M connectivity is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise 5G solutions such as robotics, AR/VR, IoT etc. is highly desirable.
• Fast learning and can pick up technical skills independently
• Keen learner on latest technologies, especially cellular and other digital technologies

• Good writing skills, able to articulate well solution features and align them with customer requirements
