Job Description

• Define and implement technical governance policies in line with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Drive awareness and training initiatives to ensure consistent understanding of technical practices across teams.
• Represent the company in technical committees and industry associations, contributing to strategic growth and innovation.
• Oversee technical reviews, support accreditation processes, and ensure compliance with global quality management systems.
• Identify new service opportunities and advise on resource or capital investments.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive technical leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, and Compliance teams across the region.

The Successful Applicant

• Chartered Engineer in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science.
• At least 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within consultancy or engineering practice.
• Deep understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025), accreditation, inspection, and certification processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with regional travel (Singapore, Malaysia, SEA, Middle East).
• Active in professional networks or industry bodies, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
