Job Scope

• Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and board materials for accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance, identify trends and exceptions, and provide insights for management review.
• Oversee tax filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and support statutory submissions such as ACRA reporting.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring stakeholder collaboration and timely delivery.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead or participate in finance-related system implementation or enhancement projects.
• Engage with internal departments, government bodies, and external partners to ensure funding accountability and strategic alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA).
• At least 8-10 years of relevant finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and implement finance systems or internal controls.
