Roles & Responsibilities

- Continually meeting or exceeding overall sales quotas

- Identifying and developing client / business relationships

- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client

- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

- Overseeing all branch offices

• Monitoring the performance of the sales team

• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to assist in recruitment process

• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on opportunities offered by the client
