Location: Central Singapore
5 days work week

Salary: Up to $3,800

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports for forecasting and analysis
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory tracking to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and finance, to meet customer expectations
• Support the development of customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder.
• 2 years of experience in sales coordination and account management, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced industry
