Job Summary:
The Food Preparation Crew is responsible for preparing food and beverages, ensuring quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficiency and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of food items, including bread, fried dough items, dim sum, desserts, fruits, snacks, and beverages such as coffee, tea, and soy milk.
- Ensure food quality consistently meets established standards.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels for food and beverages, especially before peak periods.
- Provide excellent customer service during order taking, cashiering, and food presentation.
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Keep the workstation clean and sanitary while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene practices.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
- Capable of carrying at least 10kg of load.
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak periods efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with good communication skills.
Working Hours:
- 6-day work week, including weekends.
- Rotating shifts based on operational needs.
Operational Hours:
- 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM / 10:30 PM (shifts will rotate within this timeframe).
