Key Responsibility
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Own responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and off takes.
- Responsible for the coordination of Trade Marketing Inventments and execution standards.
- Work closely to develop effective channel strategies with channel/ segment managers & implementing the associated plans.
- Manage and evaluate ROI of trade promotion to achieve maximum returns.
- Manage and coordinate segment BTL (Sales initiated) calendar/activities aligning to consumer.
- Participate in the design of the promotional materials and maintain contacts with the channel/segment managers in order to supervise all promotional activities.
- Working closely with sales team to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
- To work (plan, coordinate & execute) with marketing on selected projects/initiatives within assigned channel.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organitsations on sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in development and delivery of new product availability plans.
