Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a luxury experience from first contact
• Advise clients on our collections, showcasing deep product knowledge and storytelling
• Drive sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service
• Cultivate long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• Support daily operations including stock handling, visual merchandising, and order processing
• Uphold brand presentation and boutique standards at all times

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or high-end hospitality
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals in a consultative sales environment
• Strong passion in luxury craftsmanship, watches, horology, or fine jewelry
• Proficiency in English and additional languages (is an added advantage)
