Job responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety standards and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules to meet production targets.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
• Determine material resources required.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Manage production budget to ensure that the production is cost effective.
• Work with General Manager to implement the company's policies and goals.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in marine and offshore, oil and gas project.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas and Marine Equipment.
• Familiar with ISO, API 6A and 16A and other relevant industrial standards.
