Job - Objective / Position Description:

As an Assistant Area Manager, you ensure the proper and effective operation of F&B outlets in the coffee shop. You oversee the day-to-day tasks and activities of lower-level employees to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of F&B outlets in the coffee shop
• Liaise with tenants regarding stall leasing
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational goals, sales targets, and profitability
• Maintain high levels of quality, service and cleanliness in the outlets
• Meet and maintain hygiene and workplace safety standard at all times
• Plan staff schedules to achieve optimal operational standard
• Handle customers complaints professionally and satisfactorily
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B, including experience in a supervisor or leadership role
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or any related fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good delegation, planning, and execution skills required
• Strong commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards

Working location: CAG T2

Able to commit 6 days per week
