Finance Manager - Treasury

Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead core treasury functions, including banking relationships, cash flow management, compliance, investments, and foreign exchange risk. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting the Group Treasurer with strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust relationships with financial institutions to support business needs, including the renewal of credit facilities, adherence to loan covenants, and fulfillment of KYC requirements.
• Monitor group-wide bank balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations, optimize cash management, and mitigate interest rate exposure. This includes managing intercompany loans and borrowings in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Review and consolidate cash flow forecasts across all group entities into a rolling Group-wide cash forecast to support monthly reporting and annual budgeting processes.
• Oversee the timely distribution of investment dividends to parent entities and actively manage the Group's foreign exchange exposure.
• Support the Group Treasurer in developing and implementing an Idle Cash Investment Strategy aimed at achieving competitive returns while preserving liquidity for planned investments.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of finance operational procedures to strengthen internal controls and manage financial risk effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in treasury or a related financial discipline, with a proven track record in managing complex financial environments.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, investment products, and treasury analytics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data effectively.
