Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., MOM, PDPA).
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote workplace well-being.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Law, Industrial Relations, and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Timesoft HR system is an added advantage
