- To lead in the compiling, analysing, and monitoring Key Risk Indicators for inclusion in Risk Reports presented periodically to committees and the Board. This includes designing, maintaining dashboard visualisations and facilitating periodic updates of the key indicators.
- To enhance the AQM dashboard to track institutional performance. This includes periodic data refresh, monitoring and reporting.
- To support the Assistant Director, SPOE in the planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of internal validation activities, including the development and execution of the validation framework to enhance academic quality in NIEC.
- To coordinate with CET course teams, External Examiners (EE) and Curriculum & Programmes (C&P) division on External Examiner Reviews.
- To support Board PAC Committee Secretariat in arranging meetings, including logistics planning, raising AORs, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, tracking members' tenure, circulating resolutions, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Maintain a repository of Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE) module documents and assignment descriptors to facilitate articulation with universities and cater to alumni requests for curriculum structure submissions to universities.
- To support the Assistant Director, SPOE in the establishment and renewal of articulation and collaboration agreements with universities, as well as support any student engagement activities organised by Host Organisations or partner universities.
- Coordinate the tri-annual review and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and at least 10 years of working experience, of which at least 3 years in academic governance or education sector.
- Possess strong organisational skills to manage tasks, prioritise, and maintain details in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to adapt communication styles to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
