Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and attend to enquiries
• Register patients using clinic software
• Schedule appointments for patients & update system
• Assist doctor during procedures
• Dispense medications
• Handle payment via cash and credit cards
• Check & replenish stock when needed
• Other duties as instructed by doctor and management

Requirements:

• With GP/ Aesthetic experience will be an advantage
• Has a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
• PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)
• 'N' or 'O' level, able to converse in English
