Job Description
Requirements
- Supervise direct workers and provide instructions to subcontractors.
- Coordinate with land surveyors and subcontractors to ensure accurate setting-out work.
- Liaise with the Qualified Person (Supervision) [QP(S)] representative to maintain high standards of workmanship and confirm that work complies with contract specifications for quality control.
- Arrange inspections of site work with the QP(S) representative.
- Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety practices on-site.
- Manage and minimize material wastage and prevent unproductive deployment of workers.
- Report daily manpower and machinery usage to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Construction, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction site work.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within tight schedules.
