Job Description

Assist Head of Department (ICT) & Subject Head (ICT) in the following:

• Prepare ICT Equipment in classes for ICT lessons/ lesson observations.

• Update and maintain information on school platforms (e.g. website, Google site, etc.).

• Take photographs and videos during any school event(s) and/or as required by the school.

• Put together photographs to create videos.

• Provide ICT support during school events, examination days, and other days specified by the school (e.g. Setting up equipment, PA/ AV, etc.).

• Assist in the stocktaking of assets and consumable items.

• Support ICT KPs and School Leaders to facilitate digital transformation, recommend appropriate ICT tools and applications for integration into the school's ICT plans.

• To assist in any other matters assigned by the ICT KPs and School Leaders.

Requirements

• At least an IT-related diploma.

• At least 2 years of experience in producing multimedia projects and setting up basic audio-visual equipment.

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Candidate who is First-Aid trained would be an advantage

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Contract Period: 15 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 (with option to extend)

• This is an outsource role
