Architect/Archi Manager (A1 Main Con, HQ based)

Join our client, a well-established A1 Main Contractor renowned for delivering iconic residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Singapore! With a strong pipeline in several landmark developments, they are seeking an experienced Architect/Architectural Manager to join their in-house team. This role will be based at the HQ office and on a 5 days' work-week schedule.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, coordinate, and develop architectural drawings and construction details in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Be involved in the tendering and providing project support for new projects
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for submissions, clearances, and approvals.
• Participate in site inspections and resolve architectural and technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide support for design-build tenders including conceptual design input and buildability reviews.

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design and coordination experience with building projects
• Candidates with a background in main contractor and/or consultancy experience are welcome to apply
• Must be a Registered Architect under the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore
