Working hours : 8:45am -6pm ; 8:45am -1pm
Salary : $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with technicians, clients on the service appointment and preparing related documents
- Liaise with suppliers, obtain cost and submit quotations to clients
- Handle day to day administrative and accounting duties
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Japanese Language is required to liaise with Japanese clients and to handle documents in Japanese language
- Experience in MYOB / ABSS will be an advantage
- Preferably executive specializing in air conditioning
