Our client, one of the leading FMCG in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join their dynamic HR team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategics to achieve business initiatives
• Manage and execute seamless annual HR cycles and employee life cycle
• Strengthen internal succession plans by support the development of line managers and employees through coaching and relevant employee development programmes
• Drive employee engagement of business function through focus groups and agreed action plans
• Lead and participate in any HR related projects e.g. Compensation & benefits project
• Design and implement Talent acquisition programs to nurture talent pipeline
• Drive and lead recruitment campaigns, career fairs, activities etc
• Manage recruitment budget
• Lead employer branding activities for the company
• Organise and lead monthly Townhalls
• Lead and organize other company's events e.g. Dinner & Dance, Yearly Business conference etc

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Candidates from FMCG will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP Success Factors will be advantageous
