- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our HoReCa and on-premise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the wine and spirits industry and a passion for building relationships within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés.
- Drive sales and increase market share of our portfolio within assigned territory.
- Execute brand and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sell-through.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts.
- Provide product training and support to on-premise partners and staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, marketing, and events.
Job Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the wine, spirits, or beverage industry.
- Strong network in the HoReCa or on-premise space is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits products; WSET or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
