Senior Regional Sales Manager

You will be working closely with PRM country sales leaders and Channel partners to drive orders performance for PRM Natural Gas business.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Drive Business Growth: Lead and propel business growth for Natural Gas Products (NGT) in the Southeast Asia region. Apply an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and seize new opportunities, driving market leadership and innovation within the sector.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently exceed bookings, sales, and profitability targets set for the NGT segment. Provide accurate, timely, and strategic forecasting reports on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous growth.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with Regional Country Managers and Channel Partners, bringing to bear their insights to lead NGT market penetration and growth initiatives. Foster positive relationships to drive innovative market expansion.
• Lead Lifecycle Programs: Proactively manage and lead Lifecycle programs, including KOB3 and MRO growth, across the region. Apply out-of-the-box thinking to elevate project pursuits, collaborating with channel partners to deliver creative solutions.
• Explore New Opportunities: Drive business growth by exploring and capitalizing on new solutions and application opportunities from NGT accounts. Challenge the status quo to deliver new perspectives and breakthrough initiatives.
• Price Management & Profitability: Take accountability for the price management of assigned product lines. Innovate pricing strategies to optimize profitability while balancing the KOB mix and adhering to division discount authorization.
• Develop Growth Plans: Develop dynamic country growth plans that incorporate innovative approaches for project lists, LCS programs, market share growth, and new product/solution penetration. Design comprehensive plans for marketing, service training, and execution.
• Business Development with Channel Partners: Conduct groundwork with channel partners, encouraging them to think entrepreneurially and develop business in new and emerging markets. Empower partners to innovate and scale the NGT business.
• Sales Organization Development: Continuously assess and elevate the sales organization by identifying developmental needs and addressing them through training, mentoring, and provision of sales tools. Encourage innovative sales approaches that push boundaries.
• Market Intelligence & Promotion: Collaborate with the BU's Marketing team to plan and implement promotional industry seminars for NGT. Provide insightful feedback on competitive pricing and positioning, offering innovative solutions that outpace competitors.
• Innovative Thinking & Strategy: Embrace and champion an entrepreneurial attitude to achieve sales objectives, market coverage, and growth. Think creatively to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities, driving a forward-thinking approach to the power-focused business.
Who You Are:
You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Minimum 10 years of Sales/Service/Business Development experience preferably for valves in Power Generation Industry.
• Strong analytical and technical evaluation skills coupled with business development demand creation skills.
• Good business insight, preferably in power generation industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills.
• Experience in applying a mentor approach to management.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or any related field
