Accounts & Admin Coordinator

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate)

Working hours : 8:45am -6pm ; 8:45am -1pm

Salary : $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with technicians, clients on the service appointment and preparing related documents
  • Liaise with suppliers, obtain cost and submit quotations to clients
  • Handle day to day administrative and accounting duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Japanese Language is required to liaise with Japanese clients and to handle documents in Japanese language
  • Experience in MYOB / ABSS will be an advantage
  • Preferably executive specializing in air conditioning
