Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
• Allocate resources effectively and coordinate project teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and technical objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to align project expectations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, issues, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee and resolve technical and coordination issues at site level.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare documentation such as project reports, proposals, progress updates, and presentations.
• Mentor and guide project team members and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Attend site and coordination meetings and liaise with all relevant parties on project progress and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in A&A works or commercial building upgrades.
• Proven ability to manage site coordination and subcontractor teams effectively.
