Job Scope - What You'll Do:

E-Commerce Management

• Manage online sales channels (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.)
• Run daily operations: product listings, campaign setup, order fulfilment
• Monitor sales performance and adjust pricing/promotions to boost revenue
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams

Digital Marketing

• Create engaging content to promote products and drive traffic
• Run ads on TikTok, Facebook, and Google
• Track analytics and optimize for ROI

Live Streaming

• Host live-streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok or Shopee Live to boost product visibility and engage directly with customers

• Present products confidently, answer live questions, and demonstrate features to drive sales

Franchise Development

• Promote and market our Smart Vending Machine Franchise
• Attract and engage potential franchisees through both digital and offline channels
• Work with internal team to develop brochures, pitch decks, and business proposals

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce (Shopee/TikTok Shop preferred)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers/partners)
• Independent, creative, and digitally savvy
• Strong interest in food, F&B, or smart retail is a plus!
