The Regional Sales Manager - Cold Chain is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share of the company's cold chain solutions across a defined region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics, the ability to build strong client relationships, and proven experience in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new business, managing key accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    Identify market opportunities and implement plans to capture and grow cold chain accounts.
  • Business Development
    Generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
    Build strong relationships with stakeholders across pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, healthcare, and other cold chain-reliant industries.
  • Account Management
    Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    Conduct regular account reviews and create tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Market Intelligence
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting cold chain logistics.
    Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Team Collaboration
    Work closely with logistics, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery execution.
    Support regional marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for leadership.
    Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled supply chain.
  • Strong network within industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, F&B, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing regional markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
