Location: Shenton Way (Near MRT)

5 Days Work Week

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000

Job Purpose:

To assist Ship Management personnel in ensuring smooth operations, logistical arrangements, and compliance within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics between vessels, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Arrange spare parts, stores, services, and lube oils.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and record updates.
• Monitor budgets and prepare reports.
• Track certificate renewals and provide reminders.
• Manage vessel mail and deliveries.
• Extract and share fleet performance reports.
• Maintain vendor details and price comparison records.
• Assist in preparing environmental and energy reports.
• Support the implementation of company objectives.

Requirements

• O Level/ Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree holder
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in the shipping industry is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates from other industries are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
