What you'll be doing

• Perform venepuncture and collect specimens accurately and safely
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labelling of all samples
• Provide clear instructions to patients during sample collection procedures
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical procedures and patient preparation
• Manage and maintain inventory of phlebotomy and medical supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards in the work area
• Provide administrative support, including registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry
• Handle patient queries with professionalism and empathy

What we're looking for

• Nitec level and above
• Certificate in Phlebotomy or equivalent healthcare support qualification
• 1 - 2 years of experience in venepuncture, preferably with clinic operations is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Service-oriented and calm under pressure
