Sales, Product & Marketing Compliance

• Good understanding of best practices in Compliance within a high-regulation financial environment.
• Understand compliance requirements related to marketing materials and product promotions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support the review and approval process of marketing content to ensure fair, balanced, and non-misleading communication.

Financial Crime Compliance

• Understand compliance requirements related to AML/CFT, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Support the new business customer onboarding in identifying high risk customers and performing enhanced due diligence
• Support the ongoing monitoring program for name screening / transaction monitoring / customer risk scoring processes, including performing alert resolution, investigation and further follow-up actions.

Technology & Automation in Compliance

• Assist and participate in AML automation projects
• Supporting implementation of new control processes
• Contributing to AI and technology transformation initiatives in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)
• Use data extraction and analytics tools to enhance AML processes and decision-making.

Change Management & Training

• Support change management efforts for automation and data-driven process improvements.
• Support in briefings and training sessions for users on new or revised compliance workflows and tools.

Broader Compliance Knowledge

• Understand key compliance areas such as:
• Anti-Bribery and Corruption
• Data Privacy and Protection
• Participate in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and policy updates.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with first-line business units to understand operational compliance needs.
• Learn to manage diverse stakeholders across different work environments and cultures.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications/licenses

1. Compliance-related certifications would be an advantage, such as CAMS, ICA (Certificate/ International Advanced Certificate/ International Advanced Diploma) in AML, ICA Professional Postgraduate Diploma in FCC.
