Reporting to: Finance Director (Based in China)

This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for the Singapore entity, ensuring compliance and financial integrity to support strategic international operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations of the Singapore entity, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit
• Coordinate financial reporting and transactions with the headquarters in China
• Handle daily cash management and banking relationships in Singapore
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliant with local statutory and internal requirements
• Support annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain sound internal controls and improve financial processes in alignment with company policies and Singapore regulations
• Provide strategic financial support to HQ for matters involving cost control, compliance, and cash flow planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting certification preferred
• Background in the chemical or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Prior experience with cross-border trade or import/export operations is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of Singaporean tax regulations, audit standards, and statutory compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and across functions
• Proven experience managing the finance function of a small or mid-sized legal entity
