Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at our café outlet to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and optimizing pricing strategies.
• Lead and manage teams - recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• Execute in-store marketing and promotions to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain brand standards through regular audits and staff training to ensure consistency across all outlets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in retail or F&B operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
