We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Worker Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH Certificate is preferred.
