We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in door and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the building products or construction industry and a keen interest in business development and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Split focus between business development and account management (50:50).
• Manage, develop, and motivate regional sales channels to meet company goals and strategic direction.
• Achieve monthly and year-to-date sales and profit targets by account.
• Follow up promptly on all sales inquiries, including those from end users, and report accordingly.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities across regions, including the launch of new products.
• Set and manage pricing strategies in coordination with management.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while generating consistent new business.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting efforts.
• Create and regularly update annual business plans for each assigned region.
• Monitor and report on regional market trends and competitor activities.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, both internally and externally.
• Think strategically and identify growth opportunities in untapped markets.
• Confidently present to multiple stakeholders across varied market segments.
• Provide market insights and product feedback to the R&D team to support product development.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the door and hardware industry or a related field such as building materials, access control systems, or construction.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking external stakeholders.
