We are looking for a dynamic and driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role focuses on driving sales performance across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, RedMart, Lazada, and Amazon. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, launching new products, executing marketing strategies, and leveraging data analysis to optimize results.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for existing products across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, RedMart, Lazada, and Amazon.
• Manage product listings for new product launches.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key online accounts to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and onboard new customers to support overall sales growth.
• Negotiate trading terms and manage commercial agreements with key partners.
• Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights.
• Plan and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team on sales forecasts and inventory planning.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the food sales industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in presenting product value propositions and influencing stakeholders using data insights.
• Experience working with major e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
