  • Serve as initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback
  • Execute experience services consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image and compliance requirements
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery
  • Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with Clients' goals
  • Strive to continually improve experience service performance
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals and Clients' objectives

Ensuring Exceptional Service

  • Work collaboratively within account team for Experience Services delivery across all business lines
  • Assist with third party vendor relationships and service partners
  • Provide intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs and exceeding Client expectations
  • Build meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees and guests
  • Maintain visible engagement in the workplace with minimum two hours daily in reception/entrances
  • Respond to all requests/issues within one day, including personal follow-up
  • Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately
  • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation
  • Assist with Client events to ensure flawless delivery
  • Serve as training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services
  • Perform additional job duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years minimum relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with passion for hospitality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and process management
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook)
