Responsibilities
Requirements
- Support the Head of IPB in achieving financial targets and delivering the approved five-year strategic plan.
- Develop and propose business strategies, KPIs, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Consultants (ICs) to help meet performance targets.
- Coordinate audit preparations, resolve past audit issues, and liaise with internal and external auditors to enhance compliance.
- Draft business proposals for new initiatives and manage submissions to Head Office and external authorities.
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to stakeholders on a weekly to semi-annual basis.
- Collaborate on cross-border projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with multicultural teams.
- Analyze industry trends, track key personnel performance, and propose growth strategies and solutions to operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business management/Strategy/Business planning experience in a Private banking/Wealth management environment
- Some familiarity with regional banking regulations
- Strong proficiency in engaging mandarin speaking stakeholders
