Working Hours: Monday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• You will partner divisions to support procurement decisions, including project planning, procurement, contract awards and management.

Procurement

• Partner divisions in project planning, procurement, contract awards and management
• Review and drive the improvement of procurement controls and processes
• Support the monthly closing, forecast, and budget exercises in updating data, consolidating information, and developing reports, impactful trends, and variance analysis
• Process procurement transactions, ensuring compliance and value for money
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 years of procurement experience
• Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful and analytical
• Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the use of systems including GeBIZ, Workday, and Workflow is advantageous
