Overview:

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the facilities operations i.e. technical, administrative, safety and budgets. The Facilities Manager will ensure the operations' safety outcomes, internal or external audits and report on the project's progress and any major breakdowns. The ideal candidate should have good leadership, planning, organizing skills, and execution skills to obtain sustained operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

Productivity:

• Establish the work plan, requirements, and procedures

• Resource and plan for servicing and repair work

• Budgeting and allocation for FOH

• Evaluate and drive staff performance

• Liaise with external contractor for repair/ servicing/ project work

• Identify training needs and develop the team

• Drive continuous improvement

• Participate in production meetings

Quality:

• Managing the internal and external assessments e.g. QMS/ EMS/ ISRS/ BCM

• Ensure high quality of work and continuous improvement through breakdown analysis and monthly reports

Safety:

• Implement, monitor and review safe work plan and performance

• Safety inspection and audits

• Monitor and review BBS and hazard reporting program

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering field

• 4 - 6 years of working experiences in facilities management

• Experience in in marine industry or heavy equipment industry

• Experience in undertaking large scale operations and projects

• Good leadership skills to lead a team of engineers and technicians

• Results oriented

• Resourceful and able to adapt changes

• Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders

• Able to work on weekends & holidays when required

This role will be based in Saudi Arabia for a 2 years assignment.
