Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception duties, including phone calls, visitors, and incoming / outgoing mails.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, downloading and preparing reports, and maintaining file organization and documentation as required.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of company events, including meetings, conferences, team-bonding events and ad-hoc activities.
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including flight bookings, and provide administrative support to executives,
  • Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
  • Prepare and reconcile office expense reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment, while managing relationships with external vendors.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage.
  • Flexible work hours can be arranged.
