Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage reception duties, including phone calls, visitors, and incoming / outgoing mails.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, downloading and preparing reports, and maintaining file organization and documentation as required.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of company events, including meetings, conferences, team-bonding events and ad-hoc activities.
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including flight bookings, and provide administrative support to executives,
- Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
- Prepare and reconcile office expense reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment, while managing relationships with external vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage.
- Flexible work hours can be arranged.
